Amanda (Mandy) Lynette Smith, 40, of East Brainerd passed away April 17, 2018.
She was a longtime resident of Hamilton County and a 1996 graduate of Central High School where she was a proud member of the Purple Pounders Marching Band.
She received her Registered Nursing from Chattanooga State and was a RN at Health South Hospital.
Mandy was a member of Bayside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alvin and Barbara (Judy) Killian and two brothers, Charles and Michael Thompson.
She is survived by her daughter, Megan Smith; parents, Terry and Bill Thompson, Ooltewah, Mark Losey II, Carlsbad, New Mexico; husband, Darren Smith, Dayton, TN; sisters, Ginger Killian McClure and husband, Todd, of Warrensburg, Missouri , Pamela Thompson, Nashville, and step-brother, Chad Ingram, Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel with Rev. Eddie Killian officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
